Joudellys is a researcher in the ABC Expeditions project, in the field of myrmecology.
Joudellys Andrade Silva has a degree in Biological Sciences (2013), a Master’s degree in Biodiversity and Conservation (2016) from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA), and a PhD in Zoology (2021) from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), in partnership with the Museu Paraense EmÃlio Goeldi (MPEG). He is currently a fellow of the Institutional Capacity Building Program (PCI-DB/CNPq) at MPEG and collaborator of the Laboratory of Morphology and Functional Ecology of Ants (AntMor/MPEG) and the Laboratory of Entomology and Vectors (LEV/UFMA). He works mainly in community ecology, functional ecology, survey, monitoring and conservation of biodiversity, using (but not restricted to) ants as a study group.
