Gabriele is a researcher in the ABC Expeditions project, in the field of mastozoology.

Gabriele Bernardo has a degree in Biological Sciences from the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM, 2017), and a Master’s in Biological Sciences (Ecology) from the National Institute for Amazonian Research (INPA). She has experience in ecology, with emphasis on communities of small non-flying mammals in the Amazon. She is currently a collaborator researcher (without employment) of the Mammalian Collection at INPA.
