Juliano is a researcher in the ABC Expeditions project, in the field of mastozoology.
Juliano André Bogoni has a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Contestado (UnC, 2008), Master’s and doctorate in Ecology from the Graduate Program in Ecology at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, 2012-2014; 2014-2018), and specialist in Conservation Biology from the University of Passo Fundo (UPF, 2010-2011). He has worked for about 13 years with ecology and conservation, working mainly with general ecology, mastozoology, macroecology, functional biogeography, animal biology, sociobiology and animal behaviour, and population and community ecology applied to conservation, devoting his focuses to numerical ecology, theoretical ecology and multivariate statistics. He is currently a post-doctoral researcher at the Wildlife Ecology, Management and Conservation Laboratory (LEMaC) at the University of São Paulo (USP) in partnership with the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia (UEA, UK).
