Andressa Paladini

She is a collaborator in the ABC Expeditions project, in the field of entomology.

Andressa Paladini holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS, 2004), a Master's degree in Biosciences (Zoology) from PUCRS (2007) and a PhD in Entomology from the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR, 2012), with a sandwich period at the New York State Museum (NYSM, USA). She has experience with Auchenorrhyncha (Cercopidae) in the area of taxonomy and systematics, phylogeny with morphological and molecular data and historical biogeography. She currently works as an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), registered in the Postgraduate Program of Animal Biodiversity.
